岗位简述Job summaryTo market world-class coaching programmes to individuals, companies, governmental agencies and other organizations by acting as account manager assistant of Schouten China
主要职责Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analysis market opportunity for new programme in China and business development
- Provide and coordinate inputs in developing strategic for new programme and marketing access.
- Implement marketing / sales plan for programme
- Independently implement all planned marketing activities, ensure to meet the target
- Develop & manage new client accounts
- Responsible for managing the conversion of leads to sales, with the help of sales department (information calls and sessions, sample coaching, in depth discussions on co-activity with clients)
- Responsible for the organisation, administration and logistics;
- Other responsibilities as delegated by the management.

- Bachelor and Above
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or sales
- Active working attitude and positive character
- Flexible and strong capacity of quick response to assignments
- Good analytic skill
- Good communication skill
- Strong team work player
- Good level in spoken, reading and written English
- Good pubic speaking skill
- Online marketing experience required
